Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time prior to the delivery of any physical product or before the commencement of the service. To cancel your order, please contact us at sales@ciesta.in or (+91) 9935336347 with your order number and the reason for cancellation.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with our product or service, you may be eligible for a refund( subject to our expenditure in delivery or commencement of the service). Refunds will be issued at our sole discretion and will be based on the following criteria:
- If you received a defective or damaged product, we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement product at no additional cost.
- If you received an incorrect product, we will issue a full refund or provide the correct product at no additional cost.
- If you are not satisfied with the quality of our product or service, we will issue a partial or full refund based on the circumstances.
To request a refund, please contact us at sales@ciesta.in or (+91) 9935336347 with your order number and the reason for the refund request. We will review your request and issue a refund if eligible.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (subject to physical condition of the product), send us an email at sales@ciesta.in.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 2000 INR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
